   It’s definitely worth it to drive to the store on 13th Ave S or the one on Veteran’s Boulevard. I’ve been pretty disappointed every time I’ve come here.

   They were very helpful, responsive, and professional. They were not the cheapest, but I read reviews on the cheapest. Many of the low cost deals online are a bit shady. There were many reports of issues. It seems the moving business has fragmented into online deals that farm out the work later. You want your stuff handled by the people you are dealing with. Otherwise when there are problems they each point at someone else. Well I had no problems. They were on time and did the job as described. They also didn’t want to be paid until they delivered. This team came on a recommendation from a friend and it was very good. Mid priced, reputation and excellence driven. They are connected to Bekens mover, who have been around a long time for a reason.

   If i could give negative stars I would. This location has the worst service consistently and has for the last 15 years. Unfortunately, it’s the only choice we have. Today was the last time I’ll accept terrible service from them. They constantly tell you one rhing on the phone and thensame person says a completely different thing when you areive on location. They have zero personality and people skills. They can’t multitask to even greet you when you walk innif they are doing anything else. I would not reccomend this location ever! UPS will be seeing me soon i guess.
