I ordered a package from a company that only ships with FedEx, and since FedEx is unable to get into my apartment building, I request to hold them at the store. I checked the status of my package, and it said it was at the Fedex location for pickup, as I had requested. When I went in to pick up my package (with my car running and someone waiting for me), there was only one employee working. The woman in front of me was ordering a very complicated order for her wedding, and I stood patiently unacknowledged by the Fedex Employee. I stood there for 30 minutes without any service or even eye contact. Finally I said excuse me, I just need to pick up a package (as the person in front of me was obviously going to be taking a long time). The employee was so rude, and said it wasn’t there yet. I told showed her the tracking information, and she still said that it wasn’t there. What really annoyed me was that while she was helping the customer in front of me, she was waiting for things to print and could have just quickly looked up and greeted me, asked what I needed. I stood there for 30+ minutes for a service that took 2 minutes. I would not ever use Fedex again if it wasn’t for this company that I often order from and they only use Fedex. I would highly recommend NOT using this store, unless you have unlimited time to stand in line and don’t care about customer service.
