    Worst place to work for. They don’t treat their employees with respect. Their semis are crap!! All broke down and crap and they could care less.

    My husband and I go to this location a lot for notaries and package drop offs.
    Today’s lines were a little busier then usual but Shelby and other staff let us know they were apologetic for the wait and we would be helped shortly.
    We had an issue with a process with personal mailing needs and came expecting to pay more fees. Shelby was so overwhelmingly helpful and navigated a very pleasant experience.
    We are grateful for all the work it took to solve.

    Do not I repeat do not use this company…. I used them today for my mother 12-30-17 for one they lied to me An said they where sending out two men as i requested….. that’s was a lie they sent 3 men…. an dearly charged me for it 4hrs= $575 I will never use this company again An will make sure they be out of business real soon. An also the first two hours they rode the clock ….. I own 18 houses here in the 423 area an I recommend two-men-truck for any of your moving needs…..hood is living up to there name (hood)….. look at there ratings now I understand…..I should open me up a company an hire some crackheads like they did……. screw this company

    Don’t use as place for general delivery. They sent my mail back to my forwarding service within 2 days of receiving because they did not recognize the name on it. Seriously? First time in 7 years of traveling this has happened.
