I was on a road trip and needed to ship a defective RV battery to the manufacturer. Alfaloc Transportes Expresso staff went above and beyond to pack, follow manufacturer’s return shipping instructions and get it there. Excellent communications and customer service.
Wish there was a minus stars option. Most unreliable service out there. Email received said package arriving from Alfaloc Transportes Expresso before noon. Didn’t arrive. Then update on tracking said arriving before end of business day. Didn’t arrive. Next day says delayed, no updates. I stress whenever anyone sends me packages from Alfaloc Transportes Expresso because many times they don’t deliver the package to the right address. I think the drivers toss packages out their truck door while driving 30 miles an hour within a 20 mile radius of where package is to be delivered.
My very good friend hired Alfaloc Transportes Expresso last year in her move to Las Vegas. She was very happy with the professional, friendly, fast and reasonably priced service. I hired them a few short weeks ago to move from Redmond to Tucson, AZ. Boy, was my friend right. I could not believe the packing job they did for me! Everything was wrapped, taped and sealed incredibly well and FAST! My entire house was packed in less than a full day. The next morning, they showed up ahead of time, loaded first my household stuff, and then went to my storage unit across town and loaded all of that, too. VERY EFFICIENT TEAM. They actually left Redmond ahead of time, and arrived in Tucson in time for them to rest one night and then deliver everything the next morning. Not one item was lost or broken in the move, and their price could not be beaten. You will be very happy if you hire these guys. Scotty and Joe are great people, too. They turned a stressful time into a real treat.
