   Sound like I’m speaking to a damn robot over the phone. Not a care in the world regarding customers problem. That’s why I prefer ups or FedEx when mailing or receiving packages.

   The postmaster at this location was super nice in assisting with a mail issue. Offered very helpful advice and service.
   Spoke with Melody today and she was very polite and assisted me with a problem.

   Me and my girlfriend used this company to move cross country from Seattle WA to NJ. We are more than disappointed to say the least, the packing crew that came to our house seemed good but it all went down hill from there. Our delivery that was supposed to be 7-10 days took longer than our 12 day cross country trip and didn’t end up arriving until almost 2 weeks later. Once our stuff was ready to arrive they told us they would have to use a smaller truck to transport our things (that is an extra cost I’m sure they do to everyone for more money ) even though our street is very wide and has trucks on it all the time. The men who unloaded our things looked like they’d never done it before and stacked things oddly, unstable, and payed no attention to boxes that were labelled fragile. After taking a closer look we noticed that our belongings were not handled with any care, every one of our boxes were smashed and dented, our plastic containers all had broken lids, my dresser was completely missing one of the tracks for the draw, none of the draws open and close correctly anymore and the whole thing now wobbles. Lastly my full length mirror never arrived and is completely lost. We contacted them about the missing mirror, they said they had it and would deliver it in 2 weeks… we never heard back from them. When we reached out again they said they never had it and didn’t know where it was. We filed a claim for damaged and missing items and now 3 months later have not heard anything and the moving company doesn’t affiliate with the insurance company so there is nothing they can do. We did a lot of research to find the best moving company and thought we were in good hands since they are google certified. Unfortunately we had an awful experience and would do my best to not recommend this company for anyone. Save yourself the headache and the damaged/lost property.

   Right Size did a great job moving for our senior. They were very organized and professional which made the move very easy on us. Sean and Steven were very fast and cautious. Will use them again.

   Good support in the office. Picking up was smooth. Dropping off was smooth. The only problem was that my boxes were covered in ants inside and out when they were dropped off.

   Ted and Juan with Student Movers took care of me and my moving needs at 100%. They were very careful with all of my furniture and fragile items. Ted had excellent customer service and made everything very easy to understand. I would definitely use Student Movers again and I also recommend them to others looking for a moving company. Thank you!!

   easy to work with. Fair price. Care delivered as agreed. They were polite not rude as some of these broker companies can be. I would repeat. I worked with Miles!
