    Dorothy and Missy- THE DREAM TEAM at Air Transat Cargo!!! Are amazing. Lol I have never been to a courier office and left with such a big smile on my face and very satisfied with my service. They made what seemed to be a very nerve-wracking, anxious situation, super easy and smooth flowing that I literally felt like I want to go there all the time haha. Thank you both so much for helping me out with my passport and helping me feel more comfortable about getting on an airplane. I thought I was going to need to take one of you with me on my flight to help me calm down, but even just the smiles and laughter you rendered to me and out of me was enough to make me feel safe and satisfied on my vacation.

    The team lead at Air Transat Cargo, name that began with a P was very rude on several occasions. Please don’t rent here, they’re all about money not service. You go in and get total disrespect. Not to mention they hardly ever answer phones, don’t give out correct info….poor poor service, complete nasty disrespect from the leads that were in there this week…Don’t use this one, trust me, go someplace else. They charged me for 5 packages. Glad I looked before I left – one of which wasn’t mine. All the person had to say was this was an easy mistake” not “I apologize”… smh. Go somewhere who takes your money and provides real service. I hope they close this one and don’t let the employees here work at another location. Glad to not be there anymore.”
