   Moving across the country is stressful, but Dearman Moving & Storage alleviated the stress with their quick responses, professionalism, and care for my property. Jessica in the back office is excellent to work with and was very helpful throughout the process. Further, the movers, Cody and Shawn were extremely careful with my items, ensured the load at origin and unload at destination went without issues, and even helped break down the boxes and take them away. I highly recommend Dearman Moving & Storage for any move, and ask for Cody.

   This is the best UPS store in the area. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. My experience has always been smooth and stress-free, even during the busy holiday season.

   *IMPORTANT* COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Not sure if this was the owner and someone else, but TWO workers came an hour late with no notice or apology and they looked around and said they didn’t want to move our stuff. And they already came one week before to see what they had to move and they CUSSED us out for having too much stuff when they already knew what they had to move. We were in complete shock because not only did they display this unprofessional and uncalled for behavior but they LEFT US THERE without ANYONE to help us move. We are literally moving today.
   ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTED BUSINESS AND SERVICE. DO NOT COME HERE, because they will most likely show up late, then cuss you out and dip on you like they did to us!

   They work on their own time frame, absolutely could care less about the customers and there is no sense of urgency with the USPS. The government needs to privatize the USPS and get rid of the lazy career employees who make up the worthless organization.
