This is definitely an unfavourable outcome and I find this to be a very disappointing and unsatisfactory that the investigating team have been unable to locate my parcel!
I required the shoes for a very important Podiatry appointment that I had
waited for.
I have a significant ankle injury that I’m recovering from and I had to cancel the appointment waiting for the delivery!
I received notification from Brooks Running that my parcel was on “it’s
way”4th March 2022 from VIC via CouriersPlease
TRACKING HISTORY:
* 5th March 4.14am The item was in transit in NSW
* 5th March 2022 I received a request from CouriersPlease company to
update my delivery option: To be left in a safe place.
* & that was the last piece of information received??!
Brooks Australia | Texas Peak Pty Ltd obviously rely on the CouriersPlease
company as a reliable source to deliver their parcels?? I’m not sure just how reliable the company is?
I find it to be very unsatisfactory that with all the tracking systems that are available these days the parcel is unable to be located.
It may be time for CouriersPlease to consider a review of the companies quality improvement and tracking system to ensure better outcomes for customers.
It was only after emailing your service last week looking for information regarding my parcel delivery that I then also decided I’d contact Brooks |Texas peak the distributor.
Brooks were able to thankfully act very quickly and send me what I required via Australia Post who were able to deliver promptly and without any issue in 2 business days! Clearly a more superior service.
I receive deliveries regularly and have never experienced the loss of an item. I will definitely be very wary of using CouriersPlease in the future as I feel the service is substandard and unreliable.
Please pass this information onto the quality improvement team as a matter
of urgency so they can review processes and ensure people aren’t left
wondering an waiting for their delivery.

Bought some ceramics from an auction house in Cambridge and Pack & Send collected them on my behalf after the sale, packed them up superbly well, and sent them to me in Yorkshire within just a few days. A fantastic service which made my buying at auction easy. Highly recommended.
Provides a very user friendly experience and am very much satisfied with their service.
On time delivery was made and will not hestate to approach for their service the next time.
While all the necessary shops are open they remain closed. Tried calling so many times but to no avail. Suddenly the delivery man appears. And to take feedback they call three times in morning i.e. 5am.
