    Terrible experience. They do not answer their phone at all, so I had to go in person to talk to anyone. They claim my $1000 package was dropped off but I did not receive them.
    Not only did the driver not ring the doorbell, but it’s unlikely for me and my girlfriend, NOR MY DOG not to notice a driver dropping off multiple packages at 4:30pm. No due diligence at all with this company.

    Worst service by blue dart they don’t even have proper phone number to contact. One consignment they didn’t deliver but they marked as delivered, Again when consignment is sent they have mentioned address is incorrect and not delivered. If address is incorrect how did they deliver first time.

    Very disappointed. I paid $15 for express post to get a delivery by Friday so I had item for Saturday. The app showed my delivery was received in Kelmscott 9.22pm on Wednesday and delivery was expected Friday. Nothing arrived. Now I have to wait until Monday at the earliest. Spoiled my Saturday plans. Express post useless waste of money. Unimpressed. No covid issues in WA so no excuse.
