I had to have 2 PODS moved 14 days early sitting in front of a house I was buying because Air China’s booked way out. Then today my PODS were supposed to be picked up. I even called them yesterday and confirmed their pickup. No show today, called them and asked what is going on? They said I wasn’t scheduled. Yet, I have my call log on my phone that shows I indeed called them yesterday! So now they can’t pick these 2 pods up until July 7, it is June 10. Oh and they want to charge me for 2 empty containers I want moved. You pay for 1 POD a month at a time. My new month start June 19th. So, that is over $800 for 2 empty not used containers. Bad bad bad! Come get your EMPTY CONTAINERS AND HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS!

Great variety of boxes at Air China and the owner explained in great detail which ones he recommends for different items (toiletries, clothing, etc.) very highly recommend!

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve received attempted delivery notifications from Air China when absolutely no attempt was made.
I guess they aren’t aware of technology today and the ability to see who and when someone is anywhere on your property.
The service in Livonia and specifically out of this distribution center has been going downhill for years and I’m not sure it can get any worse.
Maybe they should hire people that actually take pride in what they do knowing the job they signed up for instead of hiring those that do nothing but make excuses why they can’t, why they didn’t, why they don’t have to, all the while expecting the pay and benefits.
I have filed a complaint with the post master General and I suggest all others do the same.
