Terrible service!!! I was home all day waiting for the package. No call or buzz. Only door tag was left but it was stolen by someone who walked by. When I tracked online it shows my package was sent to their station for pick up.
When I went for pick up. Their employee stated that a man who has an ID with the same address as mine just came to pick it up, which is impossible because I am the only person live in this address! And his name on ID was totally different than mine.
See? They don’t even check the name on ID. As long as the address matches, they deliver the package…. So, if I make a fake ID, I can also pick up others’ package…?? This is nonsense!!
This garbage company is just a joke. I will never ever use FedEx again.

I have had nothing but terrible service from APC. The overnight service is farcical and needs to be changed to APC WhenItSuitsUs.
According to their social media team, the back office computers tell a totally different story to their public tracking system. I have been told that orders flagged as at delivery depot on the tracker were (according to the back office) not actually received, even though I have an email trail from the vendor. I can handle the odd fib to make things easier, but when they’re delivered in spades and they expect me to believe all of them all the time, it gets a bit grating.
I have been fed so many excuses and untruths by the online team and the local depot that now when I shop online, if the shop uses APC, I will look elsewhere.
I can’t comment on the value aspect, but I work in a service industry and if I treated my customer’s customers like this, I would be ashamed.
The guys at my local depot have a commercial branch as well, I wonder if thet treat these customers like they treat the public?
