    When will there be a response to the package sent to Cuba in 2019 and which are not yet in our country. We remember the response you sent to us.

    Following your complaint relating to the shortage of packages transported to Havana, dated 06/19/2019 and 06/25/2019, we inform you that we were unable to forward the remaining packages to the destination. Following the suspension of flights during the pandemic period that the world has known since March 2020.

    For this purpose, and in order to allow you to collect parcels that have already arrived, an air waybill rectification email ‘LTA’ will be sent to the Cuban assistant to authorize you and facilitate the delivery.

    In addition, the parcel in deficit at our level will be sent as soon as flights resume.

    I give it a zero if I could. Mail from the IRS mail from the the unemployment,mail carrier, they don’t know A from B,my mail is supposed to go in apt A, they continuously put it in the box of apartment B.
    and the trash in that apartment doesn’t return it to the post office and doesn’t bring it next-door.
    I guess that’s a Warrenton

    Delivery updates were precise and delivery was on time. Package included refrigerated items and everything was cold and ready to be put away even on a hot day.

    Apparently now they have decided to not deliver mail or packages. I haven’t received any mail in over 2 weeks. When it is delivered it is delivered in bulk. Packages are being marked delivered when in reality they are still at the post office. Try getting reinbursed from Ebay for a missing package when they are marked delivered. This should be illegal!

    The guys did a great job delivery my chairs. They were courteous and took care in placing them where I wanted. They really cared about the customer and made sure and took away all the packaging. I would use them again. Thanks

    Carrier refuses to turn around in our driveway even though there is ample room. Says they are not allowed to back up. We have to drive 20 plus miles to pick up anything we order that doesn’t fit in the mailbox. The strange thing is ups and FedEx in their large trucks don’t have a problem turning around. Does this tell you anything.
