    terrible workers, poor customer service. needed an assistant and have asked for one but the lady who was working there ignored me for good few minutes. Also she gave me wrong information , and I had to send exact same thing twice (was looking for express post)

    Staff provided incorrect information asking me to return with different documents, when I returned with exactly what was asked for they wanted different documents again. Inconsistent advice and not helpful staff.

    We had a horrible experience with Asian Tiger in our recent international move. The timing keeps slipping and everything was rushed on the last 3-4 hrs (a two day package with like 2/3 of them was only packed in the last 3-4hrs). The whole event ended on the 11:30pm. The packers were irresponsible, they just left at like 5pm even when there are still things unpacked and left words that we should contact their office. During packing, they will take smoking break every 2hr too. And when we wrote in to complain,the response that we got back was like I am sorry, we will take necessary action to ensure this does not happen in the future… which is totally useless. They are only very fast when getting us to pay.

    absolute waste of time, serial liars, charge heavily for extra insurance then refuse payment, lost 2 items in excess of £400 thru these incompetent clowns
