    The employees here are as speed oriented as a bunch of slugs one day then the next
    polar opposites. Somehow my mail that was supposed to be being held was instead put into the po box my we had previously been using but do to a seperation i stopped. The box wasnt in my name, and since had the email showing that my letter had arrived when it wasn’t in the hold mail pile i asked for them to check the po box. After telling me its in their i was told the owner would have to get it out and give it to me since my name isnt the owner for the po box account. Well what’s the difference of being told they can’t look into the po boxes its a rule. Then doing it anyhow but not allowing me to have what was in there after it was their mistake.

    We’ve been waiting for a month or so for a kayak shipment purchased from Walmart. Pilot Freight sent us an email about a week ago with a delivery time and to be available. We sat around the house all day waiting for them and they didn’t show up, nor did they call to let us know. Complete waste of time. We kindly asked for our order to be canceled and will order elsewhere. If you’re a retailer like Walmart you should choose your fright service wisely as it can and will cost you short and long term business.
