   Best place I’ve worked for hands down. Treat you right. Get you home when you want. Top equipment. Pay is great. With last company my bank was in the red after 6 weeks…savings gone. In 6 weeks here I’m already recovering from that mess. I’ve been here 2 years and no plans to go anywhere else for sure!

   The ABSOLUTE rudest people I’ve talked to. I had a missing package and I was in the middle of my workday, so I called them on my break. Not helpful at all, seemed like they didn’t care a bit. I don’t intend to call or go back there for help ever again, that’s for sure.

   The 800 number published is useless and not local. I can track a package myself online perfectly well. It’s when there is an issue such as saying delivered when it was not that I need to speak to a human being instead of an endless phone menu. I always avoid USPS for this reason.

   This location is terrible beyond measure. The customer service here is nonexistent. I had a staff member (some tall African American fellow) talk to me like I do this every day and should know how shipping returns work. Nobody asked you to pack/ship boxes for a living. Hire better workers or just shut down so your customers aren’t an inconvenience to your day.

   I’ve been here 4 times and each time there are 0 employees behind the desk, with a line of 10 people awkwardly standing in line unsure what to do when they realize after 10 minutes that nobody is coming.

   This was my third move with this company.. Timely, respectful of my belongings, pricing was as agreed and very professional employees.
   Would repeat.
