    The staff were very cordial, helpful and fast. No issues were done and they went above and beyond what I expected.
    Having said that, we contacted Black Belt twice. Each time they said there were no minimums. Charge on the 15 minutes. I was very surprised at the end that a 15 minute charge was added for them to drive to my house and 30 minutes to drive somewhere else. That’s 45 minutes at a cost of $100 to me. That is a minimum that I was never told about.
    Would I tell others about your service. You bet. I would have given you 4-5 stars out of 5. Now 1-2 because the information I was told was not truthfully indicated. I will have to write this up on any recommendations sites that I find.
    Disappointed.

    Unfortunately I didn’t see the reviews on yelp and Better business Bereau before I hired them. They quoted me 350 for the furniture I had to be moved from my 1 bedroom condo. They sent 2 guys at 8am when I told Paul I didn’t have the elevator booked until 1pm. They came back and I quickly realized these 2 guys were incompetent. One guy was yelling at the younger guy because he wasn’t able to lift anything. I told Paul I had big heavy peices of furniture and I was moving them into a house. The 2 guys they sent thought they were moving them into another condo. Clearly Paul did not communicate clearly with his employees. They said they couldn’t take my ikea bed apart because they didn’t have a manual to put it back together and it was easier for them to move it in one peice. They took 7 hours and still couldn’t get the furniture up the stairs qt the house. They ended up leaving the furniture in the garage and told me they would come back in the morning. They never came back, have been ignoring my phone calls all day. Paul finally called me an hour ago. Said if I pay him 250 more he will come tmrw to bring my furniture upstairs. What a joke. Don’t waste your money or your time!!!
