May I ask my package to be sent from ACL Express in Cambodia. I negotiated a shipping fee of NT$25.000. Why did I ask for a customs clearance fee of NT$80.000 from Cambodia? Later, he paid 20,000 and I paid 60,000. When I arrived in Taiwan, immigration office asked for a clearance fee of 140,000 yuan. He paid 50,000 yuan and I paid 90,000 yuan. Then he immediately asked for the password to open the box for inspection. Now I ask for no payment and no delivery.

I was told I needed $8,000 to pick up my package. But I don’t have that kind of money. You can pay $100. I will pay $100, so please send the package to me.

Not being from this area, I trusted UPS to take care of my shipping needs. Boy, was I wrong. I came in to mail a couple packages and ran into a number of problems:
The television was on and blaring partisan politics so loud that it was distracting throughout the store and made it hard to hear the associate that I was trying to work with. While I don’t care what your personal political thoughts are, I think having things like this on in a retail location (regardless of which side you’re on) is just asking to upset at least a portion (half?) of your potential client base.
I came in with a hand written address label that was specific to the people I was mailing to. The associate working typed in the address on it and then literally threw my note away. The other item I packed into a mailer I purchased from this location. I wrote the address and a do not open til… note on the front. The associate again printed out a huge shipping label and stuck it over the top of my handwritten note. Upon noting that he’d covered up an important message, he said he’d take care of my Christmas note. I told him that it had said Do not open until 6 month clothes are needed… it wasn’t a Christmas gift at all, it was an early baby gift. I insisted on hand writing it on the packing label myself at that point.
Now, 2 weeks later, neither of the packages I shipped have been received by the recipients. Having trusted UPS in the past, I was stupid and didn’t keep the receipts, so I don’t have tracking numbers. I’m not sure where my handmade baby gifts went (yep, this part is my fault, but seriously…).
I cannot say strongly enough that you should just go to the nearest Post Office or FedEx.

I exceeded the character limit of the review, so I will summarize.
On December the 17th, your driver Javier tried to only deliver one of the two Pods we needed to move into our home in McGregor. He would not listen to direction from my wife, so I came home from work early to see how we could get both containers as planned. After we insisted we get both Pods the same day, he was upset and ignored further instructions. He was late with the second Pod and made us sign a damage waiver prior to delivering the second Pod at all. His customer service was terrible and worse, he was rude and ignored my wife – forcing me to leave work early.
Thankfully, the driver who picked up the Pods after we unloaded them was not Javier and we found out that Javier could have used boards to protect our lawn. To be clear, he intentionally made a decision to damage our lawn (not use standard boards) in retaliation for insisting to have both Pods delivered the same day, as scheduled.
I felt everyone should know about our experience before using the Temple storage area for Pods.
Final Update: After second inquiry to the email provided, I received an email from the escalation team inquiring about damages. Seems like Pods will handle this internally after transmitting the full account to their escalation team. My review and experience will remain on here. -AJW
