    This man, apparently the owner, kept me waiting for over 40 mins and then was so insulting by telling me he had to get packages out first and that I could have left any time I wanted. And he was very condescending by thanking me for my patience. He helped EVERY customer who walked in with packages. I should have left after he out me off in the first place. Customer service is not his specialty – especially if you need services other than mailing!!!

    Paul Levy was super helpful. Staff in Philly is generally subpar but don’t be fooled here, Paul may be Philly but he isn’t rude and gets the job done – I needed 2 TVs, guitar, and several tiny packages shipped! He was also aware enough to price an item for a customer knowing my stuff could take a while . Thank you Paul!!!
