   Absolutely trash company. Paid for the most expensive and fastest shipping option which was next day delivery. Received the package 4 days later. Missed a deadline

   Bad experience.
   I live at the end of a shared driveway and have a fence to keep the dog in. Couriers usually toot upon arrival to let me know they are there, because of the dog.
   On Thursday I was home all day & got a calling card in the letterbox, which is at the roadside. I requested to have the package redelivered on Monday.
   On Monday I was home all day waiting for the delivery. No courier was seen or heard, but another calling card was left in the letterbox.
   On Tuesday morning I phoned NZ Couriers, who said they will deliver that day. I was home all day & no delivery or calling card.
   On Wednesday I phoned NZ Couriers & told them I will pick up the package myself from their depot, which I did. I told them that all of this (3 failed delivery attempts during which I was home) could have been avoided if the courier driver just tooted upon arrival, like other courier company drivers do. They said they have no control over what the drivers do when there is a dog on the property.
   How many properties have a dog, lots.

   Terrible delivery courrier.
   I dealt with DHL and Intercom from amazon, no problem.
   With puralotor: told the guys to buzz 73, lady wrote it down in the file at noon. What I discover the next day: we need to pick it up at Anjou.
   They don’t try nor leave you any notes. Like all the reviews says: terrible delivery man and their depot is at the other end of the world (good luck if you don’t have a car).
