A year later and the same issues continue. Sometimes if you call over and over someone (might) answer. Today after the second call attempt, I talked to the post master Roy, who when I told him my complaints he said “this is the first time” he has heard of it. I know I have personally complained to him about my packages being misdelivered or not picked up before.
I run a small business and have shipping and handling time frames I have to adhere to. They are costing me money every time they fail to pick up a package or I have to issue a refund everytime a package gets lost. It’s clear that they don’t care don’t waste your time here.
I just moved and had the pleasure of using Wade Odell. I can’t say enough positive things. The estimator was amazing – he was so accurate on the box count and was very friendly. The ladies in the office were professional and helpful whenever I called or emailed. The crew…absolutely amazing!!! On time, friendly, BEASTS when it came to lifting. And they were so careful with everything. The furniture assembly and disassembly was done with such care. They were finished sooooo much quicker than I thought they would be. And the guys really seemed to be happy rather than so many workers that seem to hate their job.
After my last move using a different company I was anticipating troubles and a bad experience. I figured it was just par for the course. These guys made a crazy day sooooo much less stressful.
