   Dear Abc cargo xpress….I’m Micheal writing from ABA….I booked a waybill from Abuja to ABA on Monday early this week with track number …374303… but it’s so worrisome that till this moment I don’t know the status of the waybill…..all effort trying to confirm from customer service prove abortive…. please kindly assist bcos I’m no longer comfortable with the all situation….

   Your service delivery is very poor, a parcel sent from bolade in Lagos to Enugu on Saturday 17th of December, till today 22nd December as at 6pm your office don’t know where it is and the staff at Enugu office need to be properly trained on how to attend to clients. Please ask your staff if it’s my fault that parcel sent from Lagos to Enugu have not arrived after six days.

    Not even reaching the address, ABC Cargo Express returned the delivery multiple times.
    Staff Sangeetha doesn’t even know how to respond to customers.
    They will give fake delivery times…
    They don’t even contact us.

    My package has been sitting in the ABC Cargo Express Mohali office for the past 5 days now. No attempts to call or deliver. No phone number to reach out to them either. Pathetic service.

    Absurd limited opening hours: 8am to 10am on Monday and Tuesday. Closed Wednesday. That shows unbelievable contempt for ABC Cargo Express customers.

    Bill Chen and his team at ABC Cargo Express did a great job helping us with the house move. Bill came to our place and visited the destination to ensure his truck could go through the driveway. He then recommended the best time to move and an estimate of the effort. After that he sent a great team of 3 men, who were clever in assessing the best way to move heavy things like our piano and teak furniture. They were also humorous and good to work with. And finally they were very honest with the charges. Overall a great experience and I will definitely recommend ABC Cargo Express as well as use them again!

    These ABC Cargo Express guys are awesome. Very fast and efficient. They work well with your schedule. Loaded, moved and unloaded on Saturday in only about 4 hours.

    Package in the ABC CARGO EXPRESS depot for a week, nobody replying to email. Biggest mistake to use ABC Cargo Express. It’s damaging your reputation!
