    I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the ABC Express administrator and the movers team. The admin is highly responsive to queries even during weekends. The movers team are timely, courteous, and professional. During the moving day, the team leader provided early assessment on the number of trips required to avoid any surprise at the end of the day, and his assessment was spot on. My furniture was well taken care of, and the team handled all the heavy items well. My only developmental feedback is pertaining to the quotation/assessment during the pre-move site-visit, which underestimated the number of trips. I suggest to improve accuracy of the site visit assessment for future services. Other than that, everything is top notch.

    Booked a parcel on next day delivery on ABC Express APP. It was collected as expected but took a further 3 days after to be delivered. I tried to track it on the app but it told me there was no parcel listed. I went back to the email and found it was still in Cumbernauld. I phoned customer number – the lady was abrupt, kept asking the same information over and over again then told me she couldn’t find the delivery. I got the impression she couldn’t be bothered. I tried the chat – it told me to send email provided so I filled it in but when I got to SEND… NOTHING HAPPENED! So I phoned customer NUMBER again asking for a refund. The guy was pleasant but he can’t do anything I have to go back to the sender to get a refund. Hmmmm! Strange I am the sender I paid ABC Express and they will not let you contact anyone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
