   1. Not responsive when we needed additional boxes
   2. Rude. Boss calls his customers derogatory names when contacted.
   3. Threatened to cancel contract 3 days before the move as we asked for more boxes.
   4. Late completion on moving day.
   5. Could not fulfill patching and rectification works and disposal of furniture from old place as agreed.
   6. Damaged my home and refused to make good or compensate, blaming it on his workers instead.
   7. Cursed my kids when I withheld payment as he refused to make good/compensate for the damages to my home.
   8. When I suggested we both write off the cost, he agreed, but threatened me by saying that he will deduct his worker’s salaries.
   Sharing this so that others won’t need to go through the same. Moving is stressful enough, the movers shouldn’t make it more stressful.

   The worst experience I have in my life with any courier service. They kept my courier for 8 days without any information and the would not even take my call. And the delivery guy told that he doesn’t work for the service provider. He just cane to give me the courier. Don’t use this service

   Super slow. Don’t care if there is a long queue, they just shuffle off leaving counters empty. Need at least one more member of staff if not a total overhaul.

   very poor customer service – could only deliver late in day no alternative offered due to premium slots at extra cost – 30 mins on hold to try and resolve – time totally wasted on a non free phone number -#sodthe customer

   All-around great experience. Able to deal with unexpected challenges and really great people to have around. Nothing bad to say at all. Highly recommended.
