    Worst service. Erukura courier nadathum inga. Letter acknowledgement signed by 3PL delivery man. Through it to dustbin. Don’t send via 3PL courier.

    I had a very important delivery for which I took a day off. I waited quiet and in silence. Nobody knocked, nobody rang. Then 3PL sent me an email, with a photo of a completely different property, telling me they missed me as I wasn’t home. I call their main customer service, a very rude lady answered saying that the sender was supposed to call. I call the sender, they passed me a number from my local depot. I call the local depot, explaining them that I took a day off work to wait for the parcel, and the driver misput the address. After checking their GPS track, they confirmed and then they said that they will send the next driver to come with my parcel. I said that would be wonderful, as I cannot take another day off until 24th. 5 hours later, no parcel arrived, no driver called, and checking the tracking, it shows it’s in the depot. Shambles. Shame on you 3PL. I will never ever send a package again with you…and I will make an official complaint to clients and customers protection service.
    Update: They put the delivery for next day. Because it’s an important one and it needs signing, I took another day off. They missed the time slot. Called them after one hour, they said he’s on the way. Kept checking the tracking throughout the whole day, the courier passed my flat 17 times. Then, in the evening at 22:00 to get another email, with a photo, from another totally different address, saying the driver missed me again, which I specifically took a day off again to be home. Also been promised the driver will call when he will arrive and he didn’t. F***ing liars. Outrageous. Tomorrow I will call the police and report the item as stolen.
