   My product was suppose to be here on the 5th of February its the 17th of 2021 It was shipped out on Jan 31. Its almost a month behind. Someone arrest these people!

   I go to this store multiple times a week for various shipping needs and I am ALWAYS met with a smile and welcoming words. Whether you need a simple package mailed, business cards, wedding menus, or a calender, these ladies have you covered. They are the quintessential definition of a hometown casual/friendly store. Do you hate the corporate feeling of most shipping stores? Come here and change your perspective.

   Tetris Moving was fantastic. They were fast, efficient, and careful with our furniture. They even helped me roll out carpet film protector since I had just had the carpets cleaned in my new house (and proceeded to only walk on the covered areas). Very accommodating and polite. I’ve used most of the big named companies in Omaha for other moves, and will definitely choose to call Tetris instead, again!

   The workers were dragging and moving slow the entire time. I felt that they were purposely taking advantage and “milking the clock”. I called and complained to the manager and owner who did not care. I absolutely would not recommend this company unless you have money to burn. There are much better moving companies in Jacksonville that are honest. Do your research!

   It looks as though a templated response has been posted by Royal Moving to my review. They are liars. No one reached out to me to offer a refund. These people are dishonest. Be careful about people who will go to these lengths to defraud potential customers.
