    Customer service is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. But the reason I like them the best is my packages always make it to their destination on time. I have had to use other UPS Stores and my packages are always delayed a day or two. Best UPS Store.

    Was almost run off the road INTENTIONALLY by one of their drivers who did his darndest to lurch INTENTIONALLY in front of me to prevent me from merging while going thru an orange coned area on the freeway. (I was basically in front of him as he pulled this stunt!) Rather than engage this lunatic, I took the high road and dropped way back away. HIGHLY unprofessional behavior from someone who drives for a living! Road rage from a big rig is ridiculously dangerous and will likely cost this company a huge settlement someday. I hope they reprimand and address the driver in question before he injures someone.

    Don’t use them unless you are wanting to get your shipment 4 days late and have to go into their terminal and pick up your shipment yourself. Completely unwilling to help, no contact when anything arrives and when you call in they will tell you they can’t ship until the next day. So I have to rent a trailer and drive 4 hours to do their job. Worst experience with a freight company I’ve had.

    Excellent.customer service, very knowledgeable staff to advise on best USPS mailings, very friendly and kind to all people, especially elderly customers, and the grocery store has a great selection of fresh food products.

    Completely agree with the other posts about the old guy behind the counter. This guy is a giant turd. Lazy, rude and completely unhelpful.
